1lab is a small, very new startup working in AI and software. We don't have a product to show you yet — right now we're in the part where you try a lot of things and most of them don't work.
This page is deliberately thin. We'll fill it in as there's something worth putting here.
What we're doing
Early experiments in AI and software tooling. We're deliberately not announcing a product yet — we'd rather build a few things badly in private than one thing loudly in public.
- Prototyping fast, throwing most of it away
- Writing up what we learn as we go
- No launch date, no waitlist, no pitch deck
How we work
Small team, short cycles. Decisions get made in a day and reversed just as quickly if they turn out wrong. Everything is written down.
- Ship something every week, even if it's small
- Prefer boring, well-understood tools
- Build in the open where it doesn't cost us anything

Picking one problem worth committing to. Until then this page stays intentionally thin — we'll fill it in when there's something real to point at.
